Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Pelatihan e-commerce di SMA Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Bogor dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan akan keterampilan digital di era perdagangan modern. Dalam upaya mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha secara online, mulai dari pembuatan toko virtual hingga transaksi digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan teoritis dan praktik langsung, terdiri dari tiga pertemuan dengan durasi 90 menit setiap sesi. Dari 23 siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan, 17 siswa berhasil menciptakan konten digital marketing untuk produk seperti baju, tas sekolah, dan parfum, dengan nilai rata-rata evaluasi mencapai 78. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teori dan praktik efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang e-commerce. Saran dari pelatihan ini adalah perlunya program pelatihan berkelanjutan yang dapat memperkuat keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa, dengan fokus pada solusi untuk tantangan yang dihadapi dalam bisnis online. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan teknis, tetapi juga menanamkan semangat kewirausahaan yang diperlukan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam ekonomi digital yang terus berkembang.

ABSTRACT

E-commerce training at SMA Al-Hidayah in Bogor Regency is motivated by the increasing need for digital skills in the modern trade era. In an effort to prepare students to face an increasingly competitive job market, this training is designed to provide knowledge and skills in online entrepreneurship, ranging from creating virtual stores to digital transactions. The methods used include theoretical lectures and hands-on practice, consisting of three meetings with a duration of 90 minutes each session. Of the 23 students participating in the training, 17 students successfully created digital marketing content for products such as clothes, school bags, and perfumes, achieving an average evaluation score of 78. These results indicate that the integration of theory and practice is effective in enhancing students' understanding of e-commerce. Recommendations from this training include the need for ongoing training programs that can strengthen students' skills and abilities, focusing on solutions to challenges faced in online business. Thus, this training not only provides technical knowledge but also instills the entrepreneurial spirit required to actively participate in the ever-evolving digital economy.
