This research aims to determine the role of Karang Taruna in improving Teenage Creativity in Lenteng Agung Village, Jagakarsa District. This research using a qualitative research approach, This research is the Head of Karang Taruna, Karang Taruna Management, and Youth in the Village Lenteng Agung method used is Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Based on the research results, it shows that Karang Taruna UKKT 01 (Karang Taruna Work Unit 01) in Lenteng Agung Village carries out its role, namely facilitating encouraging business and youth empowerment provides benefits for youth not working aims to improve the quality of youth. Efforts develop enthusiasm togetherness, where youth organizations invite young people to participate in formal and formal activities non-formal, so that relationships between youth organizations and youth can be formed closer relationships, and efforts to foster the creativity of the younger generation where coral Taruna facilitates young people in managing business groups founded by Karang cadets so that these groups are able to create new types of businesses. Based on this statement, my suggestion is that it is hoped that the younger generation of Karang Taruna can participate in it
